Go Solar Bad Service

I installed a system at Go Solar. They charged me for roof brackets what were not fitted, I asked then for a refund. They said they will sort it out. But till today 7 July 2023 they still did not refunded me. They are quick to take your money and the debit orders each month but when you call them or email them they are always sorry, and nothing is done about it. Manager called me a month ago and said I will have the money in my account. I am still waiting??? The system is not working properly my electricity bill is exactly the same. Go Solar doesn't care about the customers... You have a better chance at Eskom
