Five stars isn’t enough for Jamie.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Jamie on my solar system and app setup, and I genuinely can't say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, Jamie was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. It was overwhelming, but Jamie broke everything down in a way that was clear, approachable, and never rushed.
Every question I had (and I had a lot) was met with thoughtful answers and zero judgment. Jamie made sure I understood each step of the process, and I never once felt pressured.
It’s rare to find someone this committed to both the technical side and the human side of customer service. Thanks Jamie.
