Extremely poor installation, damaged roof tiles, and misleading sales process

Having GoSolr install my solar system was unfortunately one of the worst service experiences I have had.

From the beginning, I was misled by the sales team regarding the process and timelines. The order of materials was also handled incorrectly, which resulted in significant delays. The final components of the system were only installed months later than expected.

To make matters worse, during installation multiple roof tiles were cracked, which has already resulted in leaks. I reported this issue, but instead of properly replacing the damaged tiles, the installers simply sealed the cracks with silicone. This is not an acceptable or long-term solution for roof damage.

Overall, the project has been poorly managed, delayed, and the workmanship has been unsatisfactory.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering solar installation to exercise caution and thoroughly research this company before proceeding.
