⭐ **Extremely disappointing experience with GoSolr

⭐ **Extremely disappointing experience with GoSolr – a dramatic decline from Metrowatt** I would give 0 Stars

I was previously a residential solar customer of **Metrowatt**, and until their residential solar business was transferred to GoSolr on 1 August, I had no major issues with the service.

Unfortunately, my experience with GoSolr has been completely different.

On my **very first billing cycle with GoSolr, I was double-billed**. GoSolr subsequently contacted me via WhatsApp to acknowledge the double billing and advised me that I would be refunded within **10 days**.

That was already unacceptable, but what has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer support since then.

I have been trying for **days** to get through to GoSolr's support team. Despite repeatedly calling, **nobody answers**. The only department that consistently answers their phones appears to be **Sales — no surprise there**.

When Sales transfers me to Support, I am once again left without anyone answering the call.

I have also specifically requested to speak to a **manager**. The result? Exactly the same — nobody gets back to me.

So let me summarise the experience:

* Double billed on my first billing cycle. * Told I would be refunded within 10 days. * Unable to get through to the Support department. * Calls transferred from Sales to Support simply result in nobody answering. * Requested management intervention — still no response. * An issue involving **my money** remains unresolved while I struggle to get anyone at the company to actually speak to me.

This is an incredibly poor way to treat customers, particularly customers who were **inherited from another provider**.

The contrast with my experience with Metrowatt could not be more obvious. Whatever issues Metrowatt may have had, I never experienced this level of difficulty simply trying to get customer support.

A company can make an administrative or billing mistake — those things happen. **What defines a company is how it responds when something goes wrong.** In this case, GoSolr's response has been extremely disappointing.

I certainly won't be recommending GoSolr based on my experience, and I will be **cancelling my subscription**.

If this is how GoSolr treats customers from their very first billing cycle, they have a serious customer-service problem that needs to be addressed.
