Emergency service 24/7 contact line non operation as a 24/7 line -

One on the switches on board was sparking when trying to switch on and power kept tripping. Called emergency and they couldn’t give me an estimated time of coming out! They said they sent someone out at 10pm amd as a single lady my helper and her phone was dead couldn’t hear them or due to it not being safe would not open anyways ) Next morning phoned them and they said as someone went out last night they have to charge R650.to come out again ( The call out at 10pm was obviously fabricated to charge R650) - I’m on contract ??!!! Nearly 23 hour later still no response . House could burn down due to the spark as there might be a loose wire and fridge contents are getting spoilt. Agreed to pay the call out fee just to resolve the matter ! No word amd when I call they say it’s out of their control with the installers !!! Nightmare , do not go with them as their service is shocking !! There is no emergency 24/7 line
