Dont move to gosolr you het no service and they only take your money.

Yet again a person puts trust in humanity because a senior manager or thats what he claims to be and then he fails and lies to you.. More than a week and a half ago i was contacted by Mfundo from gosolr contacted me made promises and came with loads of corporate talk on how this time i will get resolution and answers and promised how he will dight this fight woth me after my question to him was what would change from the previous attempts to get their *** system to do what its supposed to do and he said that he will be in constant contact with him providing me with feedback. The last time i heard from him was the 19th of August. To the entire community please do not waist you time and money to go to Gosolr as they are filled with empty promises while they keep taking your money. Ad definitely their customers do not come first.

I have done my research and there are many better alternatives than gosolr DO NOT GET TRAPPED and ****med like me as they dont want to help resolve a matter thats not been working correctly since the day of inception of the agreement and installation.

You logg cases it get closed as complete and resolved you ask for so called management they are even les capable than their customer facing staff when promised that even more senior management would contact you nothing silence. When they say they send out independent contractors to inspect and assess they lie and send their own contractors whos salaries they pay. How is that independent???

They ask you for opportunities to fix thing and correct the fact that you as a client pays for something thats not been working as it is advertised and you dont get the benefit for your need and requirements as its stipulated by their product spec and definition since the day of installation they try to **** you up as a client you then threaten them with the consumer ombudsman and they come with the same story and then they come and say that you have benefited even though their timers / brain has not worked the way its advertised since the start and they say its a separate component meanwhile the client me has damages to his pool and more as you cant control therir system as advertised and shown. They install the system in unsafe locations as confirmed and mentioned by several staff. But then pays off their so called independent contractors whose salaries they pay to lie to you but again when still questioning it you are told its unsafe. I dont onow how These guys with all their cross talking and messup are even qualified to be in business. I have tried nice i have tried being an asshole but they dont care about their customers.
