DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The are incredibly unprofessional and hide behind their mistakes. Oh and they don't respond to emails!!!

Here i go again! This company is diabolical. I can't believe that i'm having to write another negative review. This company told me for weeks that my system wasn't compliant. I have even shown them the messages sent to me by one of their staff. To date i still haven't received a dated COC. Which my insurance needs in order to cover me. In addition they told me that my DB Gol Sr board wasn't set up properly and was the reason why most of my equipment was trashed due to a power surge. However since then they have hidden behind the issue as my insurance paid for the damage done. Their untruths and inability to address these issues has cost me R000's in compensation to my tenant as well the time it has taken out of my life to get this fixed. In addition the affect of all of this has had a huge impact on my mental health. I don't believe in using 'people' or 'businesses' i can't trust but my hands are tied with these guys and Sparki! They are truly appalling.
