Disgusting service

I only give 1 star because it won't allow me to give a lower rating. Gosolr must be the worst company I have dealt with in more than 50 years. They don't care less about their customers. I have been battling for more than a month to get an upgrade done because they *****ed up my initial installation. After dozens of WhatsApps and emails, not to mention all the calls I have made I am noehere closer to a upgrade than I was more than a month ago. I have spoken to several consultants, and managers . The last " Snr Manager " i spoke to is much worse than all the other people. Does not return calls, make promisses and not keeping to it. The admin is non existing. I have signed 3 different contract already because of their incompency. Stay away from Gosolr.
