Disappointing experience

So far my experience has not been a good one at all. The company is quick to sign customers on, but they have no idea of customer service and after numerous calls to the call centre, emails, instagram messages I keep being told someone will contact me but nobody does. So now we have paid the admin fee, signed the contract and have zero indication of when installation will happen. I honestly wonder why cant they just let us know they have reached capacity and are not taking on new customer. I am really disappointed as my neighbours have had a much better experience thus far and I was so excited to sign up that I had shared their details with friends and family.
