DATA PROTECTION?
My contract was shared with another customer, that person was signing up to gosolr, they gave me a call and explained everything. That customer never signed up, i was horrified that my data (BANK DETAILS, CONTACT INFO, ADDRESS!!!!!!!!) was shared so easily with someone else. Technical team has no patience and no technical knowledge whatsoever, customer service think they’re your account manager. They couldn’t manage to keep my details private. This company deleted my previous review regarding this exact issue. Unable to cancel, i’m working on deinstallation asap.
