Buyer Beware!!

I entered into a contractual relationship with Gosolr on the understanding that one can rent the solar PV system until such time as one might decide to buy the solar PV panels, inverter, and battery. I have just been informed by, a passive aggressive and obstructive series of correspondences with, Akha Zokufa at Gosolr that, and I quote: "When it comes to requesting a buyout value before the third-year anniversary then that is negotiated with Gosolr and there are no guarantees that they might agree to sell the system." Not only am I now being told that there is no guarantee that Gosolr, in contradistinction to their adverti*****ts and contract, might not agree to "let me" buy the system outright but that they also will not advise me of the buyout value before three years after installation.
