Beware GoSolr - no after sales service whatsoever

Prior to installation of a Solar system for our home an employee / contractor came to look at our house and what sort of system to recommend during this meeting I told them I required a system that would allow us to use the underfloor heating and the oven during load shedding as my daughter is a baker. At no stage did GoSolr tell me this was not possible as part of of their offering and if they had said their systems could not handle this I would definitely not have used them. I have subsequently sent them 5 emails - without a single acknowledgement or answer I have telephone 4 times spoken to Enrico who was not helpful / I left messages for the ' manager ' Fana who has still not called me back. The system continually trips and even though we ordered an Extra Large system with additions it does not meet with our requirements but what is worse is that they dont respond to emails or phone calls. Be very careful of these *********** basically dishonest people
