Being ********** by GOSOLR

Before installation of gosolr system my electricity bill was R600 per month, after installation my bill stayed at R600 per month but the in January 2025 when the yearly maintenance was done my electricity bill rose from R600 per month to currently R2900 per month.In January 2025 I received an electricity bill from Ethekweni municipality of R20 714.00, then in April 2025 I received another electricity bill off R18 338.00, when I complained, gosolr support informed me to check my appliances, iv been using the same appliances. Iv got a gas stove and solar geyser. I sent an email to *** za outlining my situation but received today an email stating that it will cost R22700 to remove the system. Due to the escalation of my Ethekweni municipality bill, it has become unfeesable to pay for gosolr and I'm struggling to pay my municipality bill which has resulted in me applying for debt review in order to survive on my monthly pension and not to loose my assets.
