bad sales service

this must me the worst company i have ever dealt with. the salesman never comes back to you when you call. i then contacted the support line to tell them that their registration system does not work and i could not register on the system to place an order. The lady said she would get the salesman to call me and help me register online. Well nobody ever called me back so i just gave up and went elsewhere. i think they are so overwhelmed with orders that they are not coping. i shudder to think what their service must be like once you have paid.
