1. Blocked me on facebook because I asked them questions and review their lack of interest in clients "I was looking again at these guys but the amount of problems I see dealing with gosolr might be better to just live in load shedding. Terrible service"

2. TWELVE days to respond to a query. And then they ignore the question and request to do a site inspection. They tell me to sign up on their website instead of email. WHY ?

3. APPEARS that the only way you get them to action you, is to sign up on their site where you HAVE TO put in bank details. This is SO DANGEROUS

4. Before dealing with them, READ the comments and statements on their facebook page.
