Appallingly poor and inept after sales service

Over a month ago I noticed that there was a problem with my Goslr Medium installation. Half of my 8 solar panels were not producing any power.

I’ve made multiple calls to Gosolr - it took a whole week of following up to get the ticket created - each day I’d call to follow up and they’d tell me there was no ticket and they’d create one now. Eventually they got that right and it was with the installers - and could take a few days… yeah that was a lie… it’s now been 3 weeks since the ticket was created.

I’ve wasted airtime calling, emails seem to be pointless. I sent a message on Facebook (I see that they’ve disabled public comments on their Facebook page, surprise surprise) and actually got a response asking for my contact details, they then actually phoned me to assure me that they were handling the issue. That was 10 days ago. I haven’t heard anything since. As we’ve been away on holiday I haven’t got around to badgering them again but I’m starting to wonder what kind of recourse I can pursue since they are failing to uphold their portion of the contractual agreement where they state that they handle the maintaining of the system.

I feel mixed feelings about recommending Gosolr to friends who have also signed up with them. It’s a fantastic option for those who can’t afford to buy a system outright and I honestly could not go back to being at the mercy of load shedding. But their after-sale service has been appallingly inept.

Reviewer Update
Update: Since posting this review here and on Google I was contacted by a Gosolr representative, my request was finally passed on to the installer who then came the next week. The problem, incorrect wiring from the installation, was resolved and I now have full production from my solar panels again. I'll say again, the product works great, it's just the aftersales service that is terrible.
