A great experience
I had a very good experience with the GoSolr team online and via telephone. They managed to go the extra mile for me to assist with wall mounted batteries, as the proposed spec included floor mounted batteries (a danger with my toddler running around). The pre-installation inspection and installation process was very well managed by Sparki Solar, and the installation team lead by Brian (from Sparki Solar) were excellent. They worked well, they were neat, efficient and ran the installation process quite independently and seamlessly. The product/service and overall experience with GoSlr was 5 out of 5 for me. To be more objective however, I guess it's a question of who they ultimately sub-contract to, in order to install the system. But in this case Sparki Solar were also excellent, so if you get a combination of these two companies - it's a clear winning formula!
