after some issues I had with the battery, eventually got hold of through a whats app number, and they not only covered the costs of replacing the battery, but also the courier fee, to collect a loan Iphone, I used while mine was being repaired, and delivery of my repaired phone. Job well done. thanks guys for not only keeping up to date, but also providing me with a loan phone till mine was repaired
