You wait for pictures till you forget you even graduated
It’s 7 weeks now, I still haven’t received my graduation pictures. They are very slow when it comes to delivery.

We are sorry to hear of your review. Do note that on all our order forms and your receipt it does indicate that all our orders do take +-30 working days to complete. This excludes weekends and public holidays. This is only an indication and yes 6 weeks has passed, we do apologize for the inconvenience. We are however working very hard to complete all the orders.
The process does take a bit longer than an instant lab as we capture all the data and archive all the images for a life time. This allow you to access your images in the future, should your images get damaged or you loose them you can easily just call us and we can assist.
However to have this system in place for future after service we do have to capture all the data of each ceremony regardless if the client ordered or not.
We will notify you via sms and email once your order is completed.

13 Jun 2022, 12:57You should have mentioned it will take two months to get the pictures so we could use other options, waiting 7 weeks for graduation pictures is not on.
