Where are my pictures??
I don’t know/understand what’s going on. I feel I have been patient long enough. My graduation took place on the 21st of April 2023 already and I still haven’t received anything ‘til this day! Even the pictures I was supposed to receive by email were not sent to me. There has not been any communication or update on the pictures although we were initially informed that it would take +/- 30 days to receive the pictures yet a lot of time has passed. What can be done from here?

To confirm we have posted the prints via SAPO Registered mail, unfortunately I cant track the package at this moment. I have however requested reprints and would rather have them sent via PEP as per our telephone conversation. It is much more reliable.
I will give you a call once we have the receipt with reference numbers. Our apology for any inconvenience.
