Very unhappy customer! Unprofessional service

I have been trying to get my pictures of my graduation for some time now. Everytime i have been told that someone will contact me on send me my pictures. My graduation took place on the 21st of April 2023 already. I have called the office thrice yesterday and ended up getting the wrong photos. I have ordered 3 different sort of photos. The family photo the individual photos as well as the stage photos. This is very frustrating and unprofessional service that i have received from you guys. Urgently provide me with feedback on this matter.

Today the 15 of June 2023 i still haven't received any feedback from this company and i have called, emailed and posted on social media. I called again today someone suppose to call me back once again and i have received nothing yet.
