Unproffessional Photography
I had graduation photos promised to be delivered 30 days after graduation (16th of April). After phoning, apparently there is a reflection in the glasses of my parents and this has to be photoshopped out. My complaint is that the photographer should have known (common sense) that there would be a glare as opposed to taking the photos and making me phone continuously trying to find out why there is a late delivery..

I looked at your order; the photographer did take more than one photograph for each family pose you ordered. However we do choose the best photo of the taken images. Unfortunately the family photo without refection in your dad's glasses was not the best image of every family member. That is the reason we rather manipulated the refection on the chosen image. I am sure you are going to be very happy with the results.
We do say on all our forms and receipts +/- 30 working days, which made the due date for your order within the first week of June.
I did follow up on your order and it was completed. You will receive the notifications shortly.
