Unprofessional
Still waiting for my photos from my graduation that was 20/05/22. No update from the business that they are running late, I had to constantly email them to get a reply to find out what's going on. When I eventually got a reply on 11/07, they said they were running behind and were on working on pictures for the graduation dates 05/05. It has been 25 working days since that email and a total of 54 working days since my graduation. I've been trying to get an update since Monday with no reply, despite daily follow up emails asking for an update.
Not impressed at all, and super unprofessional - spent a lot of money on the photos, just to get extremely poor service.
