Unprofessional and late
Gordon Harris took my graduation photos on the 4th of May with promises to have it ready in 30 working days. At first the lady over the phone hine tried to convince me that it has not yet been 30 working days. After i counted the days telephonically she rep**** with "oh yes I can see now that we are running a bit late". When asked if she could me give me an estimated time when it would be ready, she couldn't . When I told her that its very unprofessional of them to not even let us know that they are behind schedule and that we paid a lot of money, she said "give it two more weeks". R600. 00 down the drain! Now reading other hello peter and africa complaint reviews about them, I wonder if I will ever get my photos and if it will be as bad quality as other people say.

Yes we do indicate +-30 working days on our forms and receipt and yes today is exactly 30 working days. We are a few days behind and doing our best to catch up. I can revert back to you on Monday on the status as we will then have a better idea of the date it will be completed.
I can assure you that you will get your order since we keep archives of all orders we also archive all the photos regardless if someone ordered or not and we do get a lot of orders from past years.
