Unobtainable help.

GHP recently sent an email telling me about my photo's and the special they were offering. In the email a telephone number was provided that I could apparently use should I have any queries....I have however been trying since Friday last week and I still can't reach them. Further research on their facebook page informed me that their telephone lines are apparently offline. How am I supposed to get any assistance when this is proving to be so difficult. Could someone please get back to me ASAP??
