Terrible service

I ordered and paid for my photos and was told that the turnaround time was +/- 30 days and when I did not receive my pictures I enquired and received an sms with my reference number saying that they are delayed no apology or whatsoever. I enquired again on the 20th of June and the person who I was communicating with found every excuse to make it seem like I did not understand their turnaround time even though they failed to communicate and she provided no solution or compensation. The service delivery and communication is beyond terrible.
