Terrible Service and Unacceptable Delays

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Gordon Harris Photography. My graduation was on the 10th of May and I placed an order for stage and studio photographs, and despite being told it would take approximately 30 business days to process, it is now the 12th of July and I still have not received my order. When I reached out for an update on the 27th of June, The generic response was a further two-week delay, which is unacceptable. Adding to my frustration, I found numerous negative reviews here on Hellopeter.com regarding their turnaround time, confirming that my experience is not an isolated incident. If I had known about their delay in delivering, I would have made alternate arrangements with other reputable photography studios. The only reason I chose their services is because UNISA appointed them as the designated photographer, since they don't allow personal photographers on campus and in the graduation hall. Their assurances about processing times hold no water, and the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. This kind of service is simply unacceptable, Imagine waiting TWO months to get pictures for anything. I want my photographs expeditiously!
