Quick response, great communication and extremely helpful

I recently contacted Gordon Harris to enquire about my 2019 graduation photos. These hadn't been sent to me and I was beginning to worry- especially as I no longer had a receipt. However, I got a response almost immediately, asking me to fill in some details and they were sent within 10 minutes! I was extremely impressed with the service- despite the initial hiccup the communication from the team was outstanding and hassle-free.
