Poor service on Graduation pictures

I am very disappointed by the poor service. I took graduation pictures in April and my address was taken down. It was not explained that I would get the photographs via the Post Office. I did not even receive a tracking number until today when I decided to call. I was told that the photos had been returned back to Gordon Harris. Why do you not communicate. Why did I not receive any SMS with the tracking number? I called the offices and the staff ember was unprofessional and impolite. What do I do now that the photos have been returned to your offices?
