photos not provided as agreed

Hi Gordon Harris,

Please advise when will my photos be available. I sent an email and received no response a week later. I called in and I was asked if I paid, yes I paid prior to graduations and e-mailed my POP as you requested on the form. 2nd question, I was asked if I checked my e-mail as the photos for the 3rd June have been sent out already. And lastly, I was told that noooo, actually my photos went for further editing. Where do you guys do your editing, is it not in your premises, I paid R1350 for my photos and I am not receiving any communication.

Please consider asking universities to look for another photography company that will assist during graduation because clearly, you guys are failing alone. I will be sending this request to my university to reconsider because you guys are failing to honor your 30 working days.
