Your order was received in May 2020, at that time during covid the post office did not accept post. We communicated via email that the package will be posted as soon as they accept post again but we did remind you of the courier option on which you rep**** you prefer the post. The package was posted to you and sms communication and email communication were sent to you with the registered mail number :

Your order was posted on the 07/08/2020 Registered mail no RC3808******x|.
Please allow 7-9 working days for your parcel to arrive at your post office before using the registered mail number to collect your package at the counter inside the post office.
For tracking you can phone track and trace on ***or you can track online at http://sms.postoffice.co.za/TrackingParcels/TrackNTrace.aspx?id

Your post office also communicated on 26-08-2021 with you by sending a notification slip as per the screen shot and links shared by Sylvia when you enquired on 24-03-2021. Then then kept it for 2 months after which they returned it to us. We received it back in October 2020 when we notified you via sms and email.
Currently we still have your package, as per communication in March 2021 you can either have it collected, pay for repost or arrange courier. However we will keep it save till we hear back from you.

Unfortunately due to the circumstances we can't repost free of charge.
As per the email sent in March 2021 with repost / courier / collection options, we will keep your prints safe till we received the funds to either repost or courier.
