Payment for excuses, not a service

I graduated in December of 2019. And paid all the required fees cash but to date have not received a single photo in the post. The latest attempt to fix the matter they told me they had reprinted and sent the photos to my address, but my photos were sent to the Kaalfontein post office, when I stay in the East Rand. I am not sure why this company expects customers to be happy with their excuses and mismanagement in the sole service they provide. I was supposed to recieve my photos months ago (It's 9 months later). But I have learnt my lesson as I will never let them ***** my money again. GH Photographic please keep my photos as you clearly have a greater need for them than I do.
