NOT RECOMMENDED FOR GRADUATION PHOTOS
Ordered pictures from them for my graduation (Only digital phtos not even hard copies). I've been waiting for more than 30 working days at this point for them to send the photos. They are also very slow with answering emails. Definitely wouldn't recommend them.

We are very sorry to hear of your complaint. Yes our orders do take +-30 working days as per our order forms and receipts.
We are busy with these dates at the moment, I did follow up on your order and there were some additional editing requested as there was a clothing strap on your mothers shoulder that we thought we can edit for you thus it was also delayed for that reason. I have confirmed and the editor is finished and the order will be completed today.
