No images or communication from Gordon Harris
I ordered and paid for my images on the 24th of May and have not received any communication to date on their whereabouts. When will I receive my photos?

Thank you for your enquiry. I located your details under the order dated 26 May 2025.
Kindly note, as per your receipt, all our orders are processed within approximately 30 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. This places your estimated completion date on or before the 7th of July 2025.

However, I am pleased to say we are currently processing this batch of orders, and you can expect communication regarding completion by next week.
As a reminder, we photograph every graduate on stage, allowing graduates to place their orders at any time; either on the day of the ceremony or afterwards. We store all images indefinitely to ensure availability even years later.
To maintain this level of archival and service, our process involves detailed administration, and we appreciate your patience during this time.
