Lack of communication

Still waiting for photos from the graduation that was 21/06/22. No update from the business that they are running late, I am constantly emailing to get a reply to find out what's going on, but only get an automated reply. Eventually got a reply on 30/07, they said they were running behind and were working on pictures for the graduation dates 14/05. It has been 21 working days since that email and a total of 48 working days since graduation. Not impressed at all, and super unprofessional - Except for spending money to get the photos taken, I need these photos as I am leaving to visit family oversees and wanted to take printed copies with. Extremely poor service.
