I've been waiting 60 Days to receive DIGITAL graduation photos!! ~ after they said 30 days delivery time

60 Days it takes to get DIGITAL graduation photos!! Where on their receipt it says to wait an expected 30 days to receive photos.

I've emailed them at the 45 day mark, where they rep**** a week later to say that they are prepping the photos to meet 'their' expectation. A girl I worked with, graduated the same day as me, lodged a complaint as well for their poor service delivery and received her photos the next day. It seems like this is the only way to get service these days. It's absoltely ludicrous to make paying customers wait that long to receive photos (digital ones I might add again), where they never even said that they're experiencing a backlog.

I really would advise against using this company.
