HSNC Graduation 1 November 2024
I am so very dissatisfied with the quality of the pictures that was taken. Very amateur photos. To think a person paid so much money for the photographer not to even care whether or not you look proper in your poctures. Graduation pictures are supposed to be framed and unfortunately for me I paid for nothing because mine is unframable. And as was most of my group of graduates.

I’d like to clarify that we do not sell or advertise frames. The order form you completed and signed specifically stated that you had ordered and paid for digital images to be sent via email.
Before each graduation, we conduct a dry-run to show graduates where the cameras are and how to position themselves. This is important as we do not have the ability to stop the ceremony and retake photos. Fortunately, in all the moments captured, you were looking directly at the camera. If you review the images, you’ll notice that at the moment we had time to interact, the head and shoulder image, your smile is bright and your attire is neatly adjusted.
I will communicate with you via email on how we will proceed from here.
