Horrible service for a second time!!! Do not recommend AT ALL!!!
This is the second graduation I had done with GH Photographic and once again I am disappointed and angry. Last year it took me a few comments on Facebook and reviews along with emails for them to only send half of my ordered photos. It took another bunch of email and three more months to get the rest. This year it’s the SAME STORY ALL OVER AGAIN!!! They’re quick to ask for payment but fail to deliver. I’m astonished that the varsities and colleges still use them. Its such a proud moment to walk that stage and have memories of that moment afterwards.
It’s been almost three months since my last graduation and still nothing. They ask you to call their office with “friendly staff” but to no avail. All I want at this moment is my money back. I could have hired my own photographer for a bit more money to get even better quality photos.

As you are aware, we photograph every graduate regardless of whether they place an order and archive all images by associating them with each graduate's name. This ensures that even if graduates are unable to purchase photos immediately, they can still order them months or even years after the ceremony. Given the volume of data we handle during the graduation season, the process takes some time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
