Graduation pictures retrieved

My graduation at UNISA was on 20 April 2015. I was suppose to receive my photographs 30 days later but unfortunately there was a problem with the memory card and i was informed by Gordon Harris that my photographs were among the files that were *******ed. Needless to say that i was extremely upset, i contacted Gordon Harris and stated my dissatisfaction to Ronald as well as his assistant Michelle and informed them that under no uncer*****y i want the photographs that i paid for. Ronald informed me that he is going to try his best to retrieve my photographs or he will ensure that new ones are taken. Ronald kept to his word and with all his effort my photographs were retrieved. I fetched my photographs on Friday and they are beautiful. Thank you Ronald and the Gordon Harris team for not giving up, saving me the inconvenience of doing a re-shoot and ensuring that i receive my graduation photographs.
