Graduation Photos: Late Delivery-To Wrong Address!

My graduation was 16/4/2015... Gordon Harris Photography promised my pictures would be delivered approximately 30 working days after graduation (I anticipated around the end of May or first week of June). My photos did not arrive so I emailed and was just told they are busy with the order. When I rep**** to ask an ETA, there was no response. I was starting to panic, then last week when one of my class mates emailed to let me know my photos had arrived at his home & that his had still not arrived. So I phoned and spoke to a consultant who told me they would only reprint my classmates photos, and I would have to go to him to collect mine as they had already been printed and sent. Surely there is someone to double check a clients details before posting? It's so unprofessional. What really gets to me is the lacksy daisy attitude they have. <br> <br> My photos were two weeks late and I still had to fork out an additional R450 for a cab to my classmates home to collect my photos! My photos are beautiful, but Gordon Harris seriously need to pull up their socks and work on customer care. <br> <br> Yes we may only be students, but we're still paying customers! I hope I won't have the same issue next year!
