GORDON HARRIS PHOTOGRAPHIC A NO GO!!!!!

I am so disappointed at Gordon Harris Photographic's service!!!!!! They were the photographers at my graduation on the 19th of April 2018, and i still do not have my photos. To only find out they got my photos back from the post office, due to them being uncollected they say. My problem is they do not communicate, I have to be the one calling them, and be served by a call consultant that is soooooo unprofessional and has no interest in helping me out. We were required to pay for their service on the day but they are failing to deliver 5 MONTHS later!!!!!!! CPUT needs to find another vendor.

With registered mail, the option that you marked on your form, the post office also sends a collection slip to you with the notification as they did on 24/07/2018 (displayed on the track and trace) They also advise that they will return all packages after 30days if not collected, however your package was only returned by the post office on the 03/09/2018.

We also keep all returned packages until further arrangements are made, for our clients convenience. We do ask a repost amount of R30 as we repackage the order, new envelope, new stickers and new cardboard, we also pay the post office again for the registered mail postage.

You are welcome to contact us at any time to arrange either collection or repost, we will gladly assist.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you. I will look into who assisted you, as it is not our policy to assist you so poorly.

We will take this matter up with the staff members who assisted you

I went to the post office every week after you posted my package while also tracking it, and every time i went i was told my package had not been received by them, even when online it showed me that my package was in cape town. I never received a slip, hence i had gone back and forth to check. And if you were able to send a notification sms to tell me my stuff was sent, why couldn't you not notify me that my pictures were back in your possession???? The onus is also on you to make SURE i receive my package as much as it my responsibility to collect.
