GH Photography products not received after 30 days
Graduation pictures not received after 40 days. They promise a 30 day turn around time on the website, and even say to contact them after 30 days if you still have not received the products. When you contact them, they take more than 3 days to reply via email.
More so, I have contacted them and they reply with a tracking number for a previous graduation order of mine (2015) and not 2018. They cannot even see that it is the tracking number for a previous order posted in 2015. They also did not provide status of my current order. I await email images and hard copy A4 pictures - Family portrait, and stage special combo B. Their prices are sky high for the products offered. I paid R500 for the following: 1) Combo B 2) 1 x A4 student and Family Portrait

Please note that as per our order forms and receipts the turn around time is +/- 30 Working days, this excludes weekends and public holidays. The due date is next week for your package to be completed.
We are currently busy with these orders and you will receive notifications by the end of tomorrow, 1 June 2018.
My apology for the incorrect tracking number sent, it was with coincidence that your 2015 package was posted on 28 May and the lady answering the email rep**** on the 28 of May.
I will also be in contact with you to confirm that you did receive communication by the end of working day tomorrow.
