Excellent service from Pinky staff member

Hello I think I would have done much injustice not to commend a young lady by the name Pinky .Her customer service is excellent .I recently graduated so iam scheduled to travel abroad sometime this month and preparations and all come with a lot of stress .I must admit when I made an initial call inquiring about my photos I sounded very impatient BUT Pinky did not let that get to her .I swear the young lady was very professional and calm .That alone managed to calm me down .She really handled my inquiry on a very professional way because of that attitude each time I did an inquiry I was very polite because of her attitude .Such service and attitude deserves to be noticed and appreciated
