I ordered digital graduation pictures, when I filled in the form I call their office and the agent I was talking to guided me on how I should fill it in. After a month when I call tracking the order I am told that the picture have been printed out so I should come and collect or pay again for me to get digital picture. Even though I explained to them what I wanted and how their agent guided me to fill in the order form. Till to date I haven’t received anything.

I have reviewed our email correspondence, and I can confirm that your order form is marked as an A4 print. The amount you paid corresponds to the print, not the digital image, as our agents would have quoted R200 for the digital option.
Regarding any guidance given over the phone, I cannot comment specifically, as the representative could not see which option you marked. It’s possible there was a misunderstanding about the selection of a 20x30cm print. If there was any confusion, we sincerely apologize.
We did send an email on October 3, 2024, confirming the details of your order and notifying you that it was ready for collection. Unfortunately, I did not receive a reply from you after that message.
If you would like to upgrade to the digital image, you are welcome to pay the remaining balance of R50, and I will update your order accordingly.
