05 May 2022 Graduation photos.
Still waiting for photos from the graduation that was 10/05/22. For 5months been waiting No update from the business that regarding my photos. Not impressed at all, and super unprofessional - Except for spending alot of money to get the photos taken, Extremely poor service. I am really disappointed, I waited and waited I can't believe I am still waiting. 😡😡😡

I have had a change to investigate the matter. Your digital order was sent via email on the 25/07/2022 after additional editing was done on the shine on your glasses on your stage photographs. The successful delivery report show this email was used.
As for the prints I do apologise the collection sms did not go out. As per the conversation you had with our staff member on the 14th of October she did offer to have it ready on which you did say you prefer the partial refund for the prints. I will be in communication directly with you to arrange this.
