Stop these pop up Google ads that interrupts you even when you taking a photo

I don't really understand what's going on with Google ads, I mean to type this message I had to cancel 5 ads. The only time I can use my phone without being interrupted by the ads is when my data is off. I mean I get that Google is in partnership these people but please respect our space. I can't even use what's app without an ad showing up I mean what the hell is going on I don't want to see these ads in everything i do even when m taking photos I get these ads. Please Google sort out these ads thing I want to use my phone the way I want without ads. And even in your ad settings there is now way you can disable this. It's my data that you don't help me to buy so please when you do business do in a way that will not affect the people using your services. Please remove these ads if there is anything I want I can google it I don't need to see 1000 ads please they really irritating me. I can't stay with my data off the whole day just because I am running away from seeing multiple ads can I enjoy the phone I bought with peace not sharing it with your ads
