Signed out of Google

On 19th March I woke up to a screen on my phone saying "action required giselle. ********** which is my email address. I can't sign into my Gmail count, nor any of my other accounts linked to my email address on my phone or computer. I have gone through account recovery many times, followed all the steps, answered the security questions and verifications but the verification code gets sent to the email address I can't sign into. I have created a new Gmail account ********** so as to receive the verification codes which I have entered when doing account recovery, I have also received emails from Lily at Google but it is a week later and I still can access my accounts.. I am desperate as I can't run my life and my business without having access to my emails in my original Gmail address giselle. ********** Please could I receive immediate assistance regarding resolving the above.
