Security so awesome the user cant even access their account

<p>I have a gmail account that was deactivated due to "suspious activit"y. Rightfully i lost my celllphone and likely that the people who stole it tried to access my account. The damn security question asks for my last password which i entered,next they ask when I opened the account, logically with technology and the internet and social media, who really remembers the exact date and month. Next question is to add an email address to where a verification code can be sent to, received the email with the code but NO LINK where i can submit the code!!!!!!! Then i google contact details and the first page i get is a page where the first priority and all details are easily avaibile are for those intrested in advertising. I also add that I contacted gmail before after a virus was sent to a friends gmail, attached itself to all her contacts and was sent to my account, i sent gmail a message to resolve and report this and never even received a reply to date. Security is to protect the user, not make their life a misery!!!!</p>
