Reset Gmail password - Recover gmail account

I am writing this on behalf of a friend who has been trying for weeks to reset the password of her gmail account without any success. She has visited all sites to help but without any success. We also found out that previous people have struggled with the same and after NUMEROUS attemps to contact Google, NO RESPONSE was EVER received. She URGENTLY needs access to this account and will appreciate URGENT help or attention from Google or anyone else who can help
