Refund ignored

we registered for a website with google sites, in January and they had said it was $12 for a year i gave the card details to one of my colleagues since then google has deducted over a R1000 till date and if you are trying to contact them, its is impossible, emails do not work site is not discoverable,

I have sent email requesting refund and they must cancel the account no one is responding
